Application for membership in GIEC is to be made in the form of a completed application form to the GIEC Executive Director at the address shown below. The application should include a statement of your company's desire to join GIEC, the reasons your company wants to join GIEC, and those areas of the environment that are of particular interest to your company. Since active participation is a requisite for membership, your application must identify the individual(s) within your company who will serve as the representative(s) at GIEC meetings, participate in Workgroup meetings and activities, and attend other functions as necessary.
Companies are assessed membership dues on an annual basis in the amount of $5,800 or $3,000. The annual dues are based on annual revenue generated by the company's operations in Georgia. GIEC's Board of Directors will review your company's application and, if accepted for membership, you will be invoiced for dues pro-rated for the months remaining in the fiscal year. GIEC's fiscal year runs from October 1 to September 30.
